From the east, Socorro, NM (approximately 126 miles): Take US 60 west to the village of Quemado 97 miles. Turn left (south) at NM 32, 14 miles to turn-off for Quemado Lake (NM 103). Continue approximately 5.7 miles to El Caso Ranch private campground.

From the north, I-40 exit 89 east of Grants NM (approximately 100 miles). Take NM 117 south toward El Malpais National Monument to NM 36, 56 miles. Turn left (south) at NM 36 and go 22 miles to US 60 at Quemado. Turn right on US 60, drive through Quemado to NM 32. Turn left (south) at NM 32, 14 miles to turn-off for Quemado Lake (NM 103). Continue approximately 5.7 miles to El Caso Ranch private campground. Note: no services may be available between I-40 and US 60.

From the west, Springerville AZ (approximately 70 miles). Take US 60 east approximately 50 miles to Quemado, NM. Turn right (south) at NM 32, 14 miles to turn-off for Quemado Lake (NM 103). Continue approximately 5.7 miles to El Caso Ranch private campground.

From the south, Silver City, NM (approximately 145 miles). Take US 180 north to NM 12, 92 miles. Turn right (east) on NM 12 to Reserve, 7 miles. Turn left at the intersection, go 12 miles to NM 32. Turn left (north) on NM 32, go 28 miles to Quemado Lake (NM 103). Continue approximately 5.7 miles to El Caso Ranch private campground.
